When your ID is activated, we will notify you via e-mail. Look for your standard customer tools ID in approximately 2 business days. If you have any issues/questions please send an email to support@stgusa.com or contact customer service (1-800-876-7281).

Issuance of a User ID and password and access to and use of the Stacktrain online services are subject to our Online Services Agreement which includes our Website Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by our Online Services Agreement, do not request a User ID and password and do not access or use the Stacktrain online sevices.
